Attendance at the Dip-EP (In-service & Pre-service) Graduation Ceremony at Loikaw Education Degree College in Kayah State.

On May 18, 2026, at 9:30 AM, State Chief Minister U Ant Maw, along with regional ministers, State Government Secretary and State Administrator U Kyaw Swar Htun, and relevant officials, attended a graduation ceremony. The ceremony was for the Diploma in Education and Pedagogy—Dip-EP (In-service) Batch 2/2026 and Dip-EP (Pre-service) Batch 2. The event took place at the Education Degree College in Htay Thama Ward, Loikaw, Kayah State.
